V-Tech datalogger issue
Can't download the logs any longer since the latest firmware update, keep getting disconnected from board messege everytime i try to download a log. Anyone else got this problem and know how to fix it?
Thanks

Tried a different phone (Sony Z1) and it worked, seems the logger doesn't like my phone (Samsung galaxy S5) any more

I use the s5 all the time
you need good service for the app to work correctly

Anytime you have such issues you must delete (android) app, power cycle phone on/off and re-download from play store. This usually fixes issues. I always did that on my phone and now that the BRPDiag app is in the Play Store, its easier than ever.
Also, the brand of phone is far less likely to be an issue - unless the phone had bluetooth issues you may not realize.
