    Setting Oil Injection Pump

There is a "hash" mark or line if you will on both the arm and the body of the pump. These two lines should be kissing each other at idle. You will need to use a mirror. Let me know if this answers your question.

You sure did.. There is like no info on these damn skis, I literally was looking for a few hours for info.. I also had to give a few calls to find out where the O rings for the heads went.. I know the plugs get rings around the covers on the head but there is 18 small ones.. So I am pretty sure that they go under the head of the trx head of the bolt to seal off water from getting into the stud holes, again no one could tell me chit.. It had no O rings in there when I pulled it apart.. But again I thank you.. All I need to do is slap the heads on tomorrow, put some fire in it.. THANK THANK YOU

Where did you get the gasket kit Fender? I've never seen Polaris use O-Rings under the heads of the 18 dome bolts on the domestics. Never have I taken one apart that had them either. 3 O-Rings. Water jacket, combustion chamber and spark plug area.
