    What jet ski to get

Looking to get my first jet ski. I want it more to screw around on but at the same time I would like to be able to carry a passenger when I wanted. I want to spend no more than $8500. I will be riding it on a lake. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Damn... I think I just fell in love with the look of the 2010...now to find a used one for sale around me. Any thing major to look for while buying one. Like the biggest problems they have?

I was looking into getting a spark, but they just look so cheap with the plastic they are made out of. I'm just trying to keep my options open, I was also looking at a 2014 GTI 130. I just want to be able to go out and be able to throw it around a little bit.

...the SPARK is a plenty durable ski.

my wife has a GTI130, from 2006 - runs like a top; never had to be towed...
big & heavy, though. Capable of anything you wanna do, the GTIs are.

So what's your opinion? Get a spark and be able to do upgrades to it. Or get the gti and leave it the way it js?

Honestly - thats entirely up to you.

Both skis are capable as 'all-around' skis. The GTI is bullet-proof, and the SPARKs are proving to be pretty tough too.

for a 'pure fun' aspect - its got to be the SPARK. its just plain 'flickable'
