    2014 Fzs steering fault

Just another one to check for people's safety. Nut is missing off the bolt that holds the clamp to the steering column. May just be a one off but definitely worth a check.
i need to stop looking over this ski lol.
    cheers Joel

Thanks for posting. Somewhat unrelated, but on my 2009 FZR I would get a rough spot in the steering and even after greasing the ball join and rod down by the pump it wouldn't go away. The fix was to grease the ball joint inside the ski on the steering column. Works like a charm.

While we are on missing things and tightening . had a 14 svho the pisser line came detached on the inside and filled the hull with water. Fix is make sure they are tight.

Seems like we've been hearing about quite a few "loose" clamps. Sure wish Yamaha would get their quality control back in line. It's disappointing to hear.

Really? Mine had fallen on top of the fuel tank but I disregarded it at the time. I will have to get another.
