CMD questions
Good Morning,
I am in the process of installing a cmd power commander V and the WB2 unit to use the autotume function. My question is, do I need a base target AFR table or is one in there already? and if I do need one, anyone have one? I plan on throwing this on and switching over to a Vtech flash for the ecu, pry upping my rev limit to 8800 or so.
My mods are in my sig, minus the ecu needing updated
Any tips or help would be appreciated, I am hoping to be on the water this weekend.
Thanks in advance,
Jeff

You must have a target a/f map..... otherwise the autotune won't do anything. There are no factory target maps loaded in the CMD.

Speedjunkey, can you point me in the direction of the starter map that you used, the first page looks like it has a zero map, but not a starter.
Thanks

I used Andy's "0" map but adjusted my fuel since I was using Vtech map for V1100 but had ID1000 in my ski.
After many "accepted trim" it's getting there.
First flash with Vtech, then fine tune with CMD

Hope your not flashing for 80's when according to your signature your running 48's?
That will put you way lean!

I will use the "0" map then. And I do need to update that too, I was leaning out on 48s so I did the jump to 80s. Does this do it automatically, or do I need to keep "accepting trim"? As in, will it automatically change the map as I ride and save it, of do you need to log a few runs, come back to the dock, hook up the laptop, "accept" the reccommended changes and repeat a few times?
Thanks again guys
