    anyone use/used fly racing gloves?

so my slippery gloves decided to let loose at the seam on the right hand. stitching came undone so im looking for a new pair.

    found these...

    kinetic
    http://www.flyracing.com/product/wat...lo-orangeblack

    lite race
    http://www.flyracing.com/product/wat...lo-orangeblack

    evolution
    http://www.flyracing.com/product/wat.../75/flo-orange

i think what happened with the stitching is the slippery glove was a 2xl and at time id have to stretch it pretty good across my hand to get them on. once on they fit great. looking at sangging a par if the 3x size in the flay racing brand. so far my fav are the evolution line.

I too have found this weakness with Slippery gloves. They still seem to last before it rips though. My first pair were an older design and they ripped at the cuff area where I would pull it hard to get them on. My second pair never gave out but I could see where it was probably going to given some more time but losing them at the boat ramp took care of that so I got another new pair. lol

The first two gloves in those links look darn similar to Slippery gloves.

yup on that same glove it had a rip from the exact same thing but that's not a fault of the glove. my pair of slippery octanes are still going strong and i got those back in 98. im still going back and forth on whic pair i want to get but i keep leaning towards the evolutions

well i cancelled that order because i found them on ebay for $29.56 and snagged a pair of odi rogues for $25. not sure why i didn't think to check there first.

i dont use gloves every time im out but if its on the rough side i will use them for better grip.

I agree. If you need more grip, id be looking for better grips on the bars. I have ODI Rogues on my skis and my hands just stick to them. If you have smaller hands the Extreme ODIs might be more to your liking.

The only time I ever wear gloves is if I am riding in sub 50 degree temps, and thats to stop the wind chill.
