94 Polaris slt 750 bogs down

Last week my jetski I bought a jetski and took it out to the lake and it had trouble starting and it didn't have power but it did run. So I decided to upgrade fuel lines, put triple outlet pump and clean the carbs. Took it back out for a test and started up and idled ok. Gave it 1/4 throttle and response was excellent. Half throttle and full throttle was also very good with great power. Then after about a minute it would big down, sometimes it would then die and sometimes just sputter. I start it back up and idles and runs great but after 20 seconds it bogs down. It doesn't matter if I'm full throttle or 1/4 throttle, it still bogs down. I tried adjusting screws in and out and it made no difference. I'm stumped. Wondering if it has anything to do with new pump?
Compression was 115 on all three
    pop off was 18 psi

    Did you rebuild the carbs?

Does adding choke help or make it worse?

What does your wash pattern look like?

Haven't checked my wash yet. I don't have a light to see inside. Can I just remove the caps to check wash? Is it as easy as unbolting and then bolting back???

The head gaskets are a coated steel material. Removing the heads is an easy way to check wash, but the head gaskets may not re-seal correctly. You can use copper gasket spray on them to try and ensure a good seal, but if it doesn't work, you will be looking at $60 worth of head gaskets.

I would recommend a $10 LED light to take a look first....

What about the first two questions that Stimpy asked??

Reading this again it could also be a fuel starvation issue if the tank vent isn't letting air in.

Easy test just run it with the fuel cap a bit loose and see if it still happens. being careful not to swamp the cap, obviously.
