I hear that from others. Seems like nj is one of the few places that charge for ramp fees.

The only fee based ramp I've seen in Florida (there may be others) was on Sanibel Island. AND you had to pay a toll just to get to the ramp.

What was weird was that it was setup like a parking meter; you had to guess how long you'd be out and pay up front.

At least you have nice water that's worth paying for.

You got no problem if it's a private Marina as they have a right to make a living for a reasonable fee of $10-15 for skis or small boats, especially if they offer a well kept launch ramp with a dock and cleats to tie your boat ,lots of parking, bathrooms etc..

These township launch fees are ridiculous ,again a small reasonable fee $10 per launch or $100 a yr if the launch is well kept ,no issues with low tide etc..

Gotta take a pic next time of their price menu ,I believe their non resident yr fee was like $265!.. Gotta look it up

Hahaha and there's that. I prefer our current method, burying my tow vehicle between others.

Dave and I launched at the south river yacht club years back.
