2000 Virage Help

Hello all I am new to the forums.
I recently bought a pwc and I believe it to be a 2000 Polaris Virage. The title says 2000 anyways. Well being this is first jet ski I have ever owned I have no clue about them. I have searched the internet for several hours just trying to find an owners manual for basic fueling and care. I haven't had much luck. The url in shorturl.com seem to not work anyone able to help me?
I have another issue as well I bought this non running and was told it wasn't getting spark. I have done some reading on the site and have found some useful information but I would like to get a service manual for this.
The previous owner removed the box and said he thought it was the cdi. Going with that I wanted to include some pictures maybe someone here can help my first question does anyone know what this grey& red wire is supposed to plug into?

Next I noticed a fuse is missing but not sure if it is even needed or not.

I believe this was replaced at one time seeing it has so many splices. I was trying to identify which one I had so I included some pics.


Lastly here are some of the other pics I had take to help get any info as far as identification of the vehicle. and for some reason it wont let me add them.
