Was the oil sensor that you put in under intake manifold black in color? On the front sensor make sure the wiring harness plug is on the right way. There is only one wire in the plug.

Read this thread, especially the later pages http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/show...&highlight=oil

Like Slasher said, either you have a sticky/scored oil pressure regulator or you have debris in your oil passage as described in the tech service bulletin listed in the above thread. Read the thread and download that bulletin, it should help you.

Hey Vern,I replaced the Oil Regulator..I read your thread a week ago about this Same issue.Cleaned the Blocked..Had that thick black oil like you had.Cleaned it Real good..I'm guessing and Hoping it's the plug that goes into the rear Oil sensor.do have suggestion on what more I can do?

Wow, shucks ... I would put a mechanical oil pressure gauge on the nipple in the head to verify actual oil pressure when the alarm goes off. I did that on mine, gauges are cheap and can help you determine if it is actually low oil pressure or another bad sensor, or bad connector or wiring.

Where do I buy oil pressure gauge. Any specific one for our 4tecs?

Does it matter if the pressure gauge is in the front or back sensor location
