2000 ultra 150
I am going to replace all my fuel lines on this ski. does anyone have the part numbers for them handy or has anyone had any luck using other sources for the fuel lines? This ski takes off great but shuts down. I am not sure what is causing that problem, but I need to replace the fuel lines anyway.

Carbs, i used parts unlimited poly line. Fuel lines are 1/4th inch feed 5/16th return. I buy in 25 foot rolls. I feel your issue is in your carbs though

I would have to agree. I actually have some time off this week and will finally get the stxr back together and pull the carbs on the Ultra.

I got 1/4" OD and 1/8" ID poly line from Home Depot. They sell a 10' hose for $4. Can't beat the price for the oil lines. Trust me when I say hold the oil barb on the carb and pry the hose off with pliers. I had one of my injection barbs come out with spring and ball behind lost in the hull for hours!!!!! Regular 2 hour job took me 8 hours to finish!!!

Yeah I didn't want to razor blade for scaring on the nipple. I didn't remove the carbs to do the replacement. Had to remove them once the damn barb fell out on the first cylinder I started routing. Just wiggle the line a little and plier plus screwdriver it off the old barb if you don't want to razor blade. All good after that once starting up with mix gas and hold oil pump wide open to push oil in the lines.

No I had the engine out awhile back and changed all the lines. Then put it back together. It ran great for awhile, but started acting up.
