Lost rpms....looking for the reason
So....u can see my mods in my signature......
Used to run vtech tune 8375 33 35 170 AGR up to its limits...8375.
Then placed retainers and springs by riva....lost 240 rpms and decided to go just for the riva retainers.
Then i d notice sudden rpm loss and did a compression test to find out that one cylinder had 100! So took out my engines head to find my valves where black half way. So i did a rebuild....
Then still i d notice sudden rpm loss only to find out that my 1 year old Riva IC gen 3 leaked inside my engine...so here is the reason for my valves going bad...
Bought a Fizzle ic...tested it for 2 hours and although i notice the jet goes very nice it STILL will not reach high rpms.
On oem tune map i ll go up to 7880. Using the 8375 33 35 170 AGR i ll go up to 7920!
I should add i did a compressor rebuild 4 hours ago.
I am thinking i ll use the 8500 tunes tomorrow just to see if anything changes.
Moreover today suddenly while i was heading back to the ramp i went from 7920 to 6000 ....listening only a loud whistle from the compressor. Seems like the fizzle tube went out of place and the compressor will not start on.
So, any ideas guys?
I am using only the finest 100 octane gas.
As i ve stated COUNTLESS times i am not able to use my VTECH Datalogger as it is uncompatible () with the current andoid app version!

so the more and more parts you installed on it, it went slower and slower, engine damage and other issues?
you may want to get some help to atleast look over your work before your next "set of mods" are completed. Just because all the parts were used does not guarantee results-- SMALL overlooked details can destroy these works of art seadoo produced for the masses.

Did you overfill the oil? Could very well be a boost leak somewhere?

Oil is just a bit lower than full.
Could it be the fuel pump?

Sounds like cam gear not exactly where it was before you did the retainers and springs.

Just curious, where should the oil reading be on the PX dip stick at full? I see no indicators, just a bent area which I'm assuming is the reading area.
Both my PX's are reading in the middle (half way up) of the indented area exactly the same. Is this full?

In the middle of the bend is where it should be.

if you are hearing a loud whistle from the blower sounds like you blew a hose off, especially if it wont go over 6k. Hopefully this time it wont be VTECHS fault.
