    - MSX 110/150 - core block - oil tank

#1. Good core block for MSX 110 or MSX 150 (Weber engine).
    SOLD

#2. Used stock oil tank for MSX 110 or MSX 150. I have detected a loose internal baffle previously... but shaking it now I don't hear it. One of the lower mounting foot pegs were bent and got a small crack in the plastic... so both were epoxied for added strength. This could work as-is... but the baffle might come loose again. No other leaks on this tank. It never leaked water into the oil or any other issues.
    - comes with oil separator (cyclone looking thing on the side)... not in picture

    $15 + shipping

    Cheers!

Good afternoon, I was hoping for some help regarding this oil tank. I may have an opportunity to buy the upgraded tank from someone who is parting out a ski.

I was just wondering if there is a procedure available for removing the old tank? Kind of wanted to see how much i might be biting off. Plus with this removed I should have access to the PTO cover no?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Regards,
    TimZ

    Welcome!

Here is a pic (from prior post) of the full upgraded oil tank kit... all the components laid out. If you're buying a used one... be sure to get all the pieces.

To swap... perform the normal oil change procedure to pump out as much oil as you can. Then unhook all the hoses to the oil tank... then put the new tank in place and determine which hoses stay and which ones are replaced with new ones.

See the pics on this thread for proper hookup of new tank.
