Piston to wall clearance 1200slx can not find it /wellll\ ????
Can someone verify the piston to wall Clarence on a Polaris SLX 1200.. Getting a few different numbers. Thank you..

What brand of pistons are you using?

Wsm. They said go with what ever stock OEM calls for my ski or a 1200 in general calls for..

Too loose isnt good either. Then you get piston slap and premature wear.

Right I know.. I called Polaris today and they couldn't even tell me what the specs were. Just want to get it right.. I know high revs ect cause heat, will swell pistons.. I know on my car/ boat set ups its .003-.005 but this is different being a 2 smoke screamer all the time..

They list 2 diff deals.. So I would prob be going with what Matrix says. But again it sucks there is no book info out there on it..
