out of curiosity, since you said you have 3 months left until it starts getting warm, what temp's do you guys consider cold or what is your winter temps.

Where I am water temps are 19 to 20c land temps are 15 to 20c its middle of winter. I only go out on sunny days ATM. Because I refuse to wear a wetsuit. This is cold for me . GAS RESEARCH is down bottom of OZ. Its a lot colder there. lol.

Anything is possible.Its a very small and light motor.2 guys can carry it easy.

Our bay temp goes to 8 deg, ocean 14 deg, air temp winter max average 16. 25+ and sunny, its enough to get me out.40's+ sometimes in summer.Deg Celcius. lol

How did u sort out engine mounts ? The drive shaft should be a direct fit ..
