Custom seat
I have an 08 sea doo Rxp. Has anyone ever tried to custom fab a seat that would be lighter and run the rear air through the back portion of the seat? Just for top speed passes, not everyday use. I'm contemplating this and want to know if this has been tried or suggestions. Thanks!

Jet trim can help to reshape a seat or you'll have to find a fibreglass one

My thinking is to buy a spare seat and remove all the covering and go from there with what I got or at least use it as a template to fab another seat.

Greenbullet: just out of curiosity are you using a pump relief kit or have you had issues with your speed and stuffing? Just asking ppl who own this hull design.

Older rxp don't stuff until 86-88 range.
255 rxpx NEED the pressure relief above 77 on the older hulls
no issues for me running bored 86 mm Venturi and a bored steering nozzle 83 mph and still more in it I'm running a 80lb re flash but only turning 8600 rpm at that speed
I'm almost certain jet trim can reshape your seat and custom make one with foam
