Machining my r and d ride plate for my 13r
So I know how to use an end mill, and I have one at my work. My current plate angle is .750", with only a little grinding on my pump flange. I am going to remove .125" from the rear mounts. I would like to take off .125" in the pump void, but I am concerned about the structural integrity of the plate. So I will probably just remove .0625. Unless anyone knows its ok to remove more from the void? I'll just grind the rest off the pump. Any thoughts? I'm also going to be getting r and d trim tabs in the near future as I am tired of taking shims in and out of those plastic ones. Would thier bolt on angle be ideal with my plate set up?
