    Exclamation SCREWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OK,

WHO has had trouble with striping screws on the spark when removing and replacing top deck? Be honest please.....
I am pissed, at least three screws are stripped from removing deck only twice. I know the torque is 49" and I still managed to strip several screws...
What do you guys recommend? Going one size higher?
I know their has to be some people that have done the same, I am pretty familiar with a wrench and I cannot believe my 2015 2UP spark is stipping threads that easily.....?????????????????????????....Please help on this one???????

Never stripped any .Decks been off half a dozen times. I used alloy washers from day 1. And just do em up till tight then a lil extra nip. All done.

Well I have the stainless washers, which is one more time taking off the deck, but so far it sounds like I may have over torqued....Thanks guys.....
