Since it is a stock prop, you could probably buy one used on here for like $50. Would cost more to repair.

So I guess I'll be replacing both skis then. So My choices are Solas or Skat. Any recommendation for replacing the stockers.

do you have a web site for BNIB. Plus, research on this website seems to have a few Solas props breaking. Is that an issue. Plus, is it normal to have blades separate from the hub on these? Are the stock props aluminum or SS?

Those pitted voids under the blades are some serious cavitation burns. Was this a rental ski at one point? Do kids ride them? The cavitation is bad enough to cause the metal to melt and boiling the water.

IMO: You need a new prop. This prop isn't worth repairing!

Skat vs Solas....I've been a huge Skat-Trak fan on my Yamaha, thats all I would buy/use (but Solas for seadoo). Skat-Trak props are better built and not sand casted like Solas.

Cavitation burns. I do get cavitation out of the hole. These skies are mine since new but my kids ride'em. would the skat impellers reduce cavitation maybe. It got much worse when I did the reflash and removed the air intake system. Are the stock aluminum or SS??,

That is some serious cavitation damage. I would be going through the whole pump after seeing that prop. I would be willing to bet you need a wear ring as well.

Thanks, I'll take a measurement while I'm there. It feels pretty smooth though. No gouging or anything. The ski has 260 hrs on it.

prop and wearing as suggested. If it where mine I'd feel lucky it didn't break. I'd imagine there would be much more damage
