    Can someone Please identify this Washer 2006 RXP 215

    I disassembled this engine a few months back. While reassemmbling I cannot for the life of me figure out where it goes. I have a PDF Manual for a 2008 RXP & cannot find it in any off. The diagrams for Starter Bendix, Crankshaft, PTO Flywheel area or Camshaft area. I'm at a loss. Engine is assembled, but I fear installing the PTO housing until I know where it goes.

    Okay, hmm. Lemme go pull valve cover and look. It just pops in there (Plastic Housing) and covers the 3 bolts that attach the Cam gear to camshaft?
