2005 RXP Build
Alright guys I just purchased 2 RXP's this last weekend and getting ready to build them. Here is what I have on my list. Would you add or change anything?
- Solas SRX-CD-15/20R
- Power Filter Kit, SD 255/215hp
- Fizzle F1000 Intercooler Complete Kit
- Exhaust Kit, Rear, SD 255/215 (fits RXP/RXT/GTX and X models)
- R & D Aquavein Grate for 2004 - 2009 RXP
- OPAS Removal Kit, RXP / RXT / GTX
- Riva Pump Wedge, 2-degree/155mm ID, SD, RXP/RXT/GTX
- RIVA Pro-Series Sponson Kit for RXP/RXT (215 & 255) & GTS, GTI, GTR
- ARP Sea Doo Flywheel Bolt Upgrade Kit for 4-Tec Engines
- Supertech Sea-Doo Specific Dual Valve Spring & Titanium Retainer Kit
- Supertech Light Weight Valve Set for Sea-Doo 4-Tec Engines
- ARP/RIVA Sea Doo 4-Tec Head Stud Kit
- Jim's Performance Ride Plate
- 50 # BOSCH Fuel Injectors (set of 3)
- RIVA 08 and Newer Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator
- Engine-Tech 68 -140 Xtreme LE light edition Sea Doo Supercharger
- Riva Pro Series Reduction Nozzle
- I am not sure if I should go with 82lb springs or 85lb springs? Also will I need a new fuel rail or will the stock one due?

U should add a Riva ECU, a 160* thermostat, pump wedge, and full length opas block offs.
Have the SC oiler upgraded in the PTO cover to 08+ specs
Could also add a lucky 13 pump cone, Riva reduction Venturi nozzle w/ rings & AFR / boost gauges

I was going to do a V-Tech reflash. That should be good right? I will add the thermostat, 08 SC oil upgrade, AFR gauge, and boost gauge to my list. Are the opas block offs I have listed above not the correct ones?

V tech will work well just check what injectors u need with the tune to suit the SC ..

the 08+ rrfpr will not work on a 05 fuel pump
and rxps have 159mm pumps
using the ET140 SC you better make sure the ecu has working knock control

i linked the wrong rrfpr I meant to grab the 07 or older. What's the largest supercharger I could go with without having knock control? I would prefer not to have knock control because I am hitting the upper limit of my budget

Go with custom 4" air intake instead of 3" "Power Filter" kit
