    Honing Pro 785 Cylinder

Anyone know who can do this...or if it is even necessary? I lost compression in one cylinder so I need new rings and maybe piston. The walls don't look like they're scored.

    This is a recommended flexhone for Nikasil... 3-1/2" (89mm) Flex-Hone, 240 grit, Aluminum Oxide. (Flex-Hone #GB312240AO)

I've used it with good results on Nikasil'ed MSX 150 and MSX 140 cylinders.

Sounds like you will need a smaller hone for your 785 cylinders.

    Cheers!
