I"ve gone thru two fulton 1000 lb swivel jacks.Used in salt water. Flushed out with fresh water after every use. Greased monthly thru season. Still threaded shaft rust up and locks up.Even took one apart during winter and cleaned and greased up with kendall blue grease, same problem. Which jack to buy or are they all throw away junk!
