    Fizzle intercooler npt thread size

    Anyone know the npt size for the in and out of a f1000 intercooler? Guessing 1"......

    This is correct. 1/2" NPT male thread and a 3/4" hose barb are the fittings I use. The bosses in the intercooler are drilled and tapped for 1/2" NPT female thread.

    Thanks guys. I'm having a second water input from the pump added directly to the intercooler and out the ski. Should I use some sort or restricter or just let it drink?

    I would try to keep the PSI under 50 for the incoming water going to the intercooler. It seems the best performance is around there, or below that even.
