97 SLTX needs terminal board
I am and have been looking for a terminal board for my Polaris and have been unsuccessful. I can find every one but what I need. part number is 4040080. if anyone can help it will be much appreciated. I will take the whole electrical box if I have to as long as it has the parts I need. Thanks everyone

Looking at the electrical diagram for the 1997 SLTX model, I think the only unusual aspect (regarding the terminal board) is a diode inserted between the CDI gray wire and the Tan overheat sense wire.
You can add your own diode as a pigtail connected in series with the CDI gray wire and then use a normal terminal board without the on-board diode.
I did this a few years ago adapting a 1997 SL900 MFD to work with a 1200 engine and electrical box.
