SC rebuild
I have posted before about lower RPMs and I believe I found the problem. Pulled sc off for rebuild and noticed oil around the impeller. Oil seal is leaking! Stock charger with brass slip washers. RPMs are 7450 right now and getting 67 mph with 3 inch air intake and 14/19 prop. Can't wait to see what happens now

As so sounds like you have the same problem as me then. I've just fitted a brand new unit so fingers crossed I'm all good.

I don't know mate as I never got chance to ride it, I got my mate to ride it while I was wakeskating then took it back to the ramp after an hour then ordered a new charger instead of getting a rebuild on my old unit then I noticed I had this problem when changing out the chargers. My ski only tends to cruise around towing wakeskaters at 20-25mph and it only gets the odd full throttle run by whoever is riding it at the time.
