You replaced the stator and flywheel? If yes, have you checked the stator ohms? Check each coil ohms and also verify none of the coils are shorted to engine ground.

Also check the AC volts while cranking, from each of the five stator coils.

The specs for the Ficht stator can be found via my signature links. Look in the Ficht section.

1 (BROWN/WHITE) AND 12 (BROWN) Here we got no connection for the ohm test and 1.45v while cranking
2 (BROWN/BLACK) AND 11 (BROWN/YELLOW)Here we got no connection for the ohm test and 3.01v while cranking
3 (YELLOW/BLUE) AND 10 (YELLOW) Here we got 1.3 ohms and 6.3v while cranking
    4 (YELLOW/BLUE) AND 9 (YELLOW/BLACK)Here we got 1.3 ohms and 6.04v while cranking
    5 (YELLOW/GREEN) AND 8 (YELLOW/GRAY)Here we got 1.3 ohms and 6.01v while cranking

Pin 11 (Brown/Yellow) is connected to ground. All other pins are not connected to ground.

Sounds like the stator is damaged. Especially the short to ground
