About the BEEP
i see threads about the beep when the teather is plugged in mine does not beep at all what do the beeps mean?

The primary function of the beeper is give you two quick beeps to indicate the security system recognises the DESS key and has unlocked, your temperature sensor on the head is also wired to it and will sound a steady alert if your running to hot.
There are other beep sequences outlined in the manual for troubleshooting.
