Four College Students Design Mad Maxís PWC, The Jet Blade

A four-man team of college students attending Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan built a personal watercraft that looks like something out of a “Mad Max” film. The students, Josh Vanderbyl, Nico Oursema, Ryan DeMeester, and Zak Deveries are in the mechanical concentration of the engineering program at the college.

As much as I appreciate "backyard mechanics and invention", I'm not sure that I can see any type of appeal here..... at all. ???

One of the comments on the site:

"Does the world need another polluting PWC to annoy and endanger those folks out on the water to get away from noise, pollution and the mindless antics of the lesser of their species"

Who would like to volunteer to smash this guy in the face?

wetbike copy, the "advisor" to this project should be flogged and fired. There isn't enough product liability insurance on the planet to cover that monstrosity.

with triple4-tec engines ( one for propulsion, one for iBR and one for the bow thruster) the "CP1/Astro III" will be available once we can source enough dino dna to make the skins

go ahead and google search this image, you'll see it's for real

Did they build it for a personal use or for sale? Anyway, that's great, they didn't waste their time at college and developed the needed skills. Our world will be proudly named The mechanical world.
