    Best RPM for fuel efficiency on a 215hp rotax Stock.

    Hi, would anyone know what is the best RPM for cruising to acquire the best fuel efficiency out of a 215hp rotax engine. Planning a trip and calculating fuel, distance time, to get the best mileage. Thanks

    I would say high 4K to 5k (35 to 38mph)....at least this is where the real-time dash on new skis claims you get most "miles to empty"

    Yes I think so too. 5000rpm - 5400rpm. The 260 engine likes to spin in this range.
    For a long distance driving about 2hour or more, in this range of rpm, what is the AFR number it should be?
