-Sort of....... it deletes the speed limiter. The rev limiter still functions. The FZ's can reach speeds up to around 69-70 mph. However after a couple of seconds, the ignition system recognizes this and closes the throttle plate, slowing the FZ down to about 67.5 mph and holds the speed there. The SCOM intercepts this signal & prevents this from happening. This allows the FZ to maintain speeds of 71+mph and higher.

Functionally it does what it's design intent is --- allows higher Revs
