non power valve gp1300

a friend of mine has a non power valve gp1300. mods are dplate n chip,oil block off,efi controller,4 degree keyway,free flow exhaust and milled head. anyone have a idea of what it should run for speed.he might be selling it.what would be a fair price to pay for it?

it depends what prop setup he's running ,no more than $3500 in my opinion. the free flow is going to slow the top speed , that needs to go and install the oem exhaust back.

like a said , depends on the prop setup , i will be close to 71 maybe 73 more with the right setup.
