    Supercharger machined collars?

So played with different washers for over an hour and never could go over 13# of slip with 2 shims.
Had to put 3 to get to 17#. (E.T 137x4mm)
Any risk of using 3 shims instead of the thicker collar?
Pretty certain I should only use 2 MAX, but can't find them thicker collars.

I remember reading SpeedfreaksCNC used to have them, but he doesn't carry them anymore.
Anyone knows where to order them from?

I have some thicker collars what are you looking for also how you stack the washers makes a big difference. If you stack them like this it will have higher slip then stock also witch washers did you use. )))()

Something is wrong..You should not ever need more that 2 shims..IF you are going to 3 then your gear, clutch or/and spring washers have been used up...
I have never has any issue with getting slip up to 17ft lbs+ with the newer kits and hardware..

Try these different washer configurations to see if you can get the slip higher..IF you cannot then you need to look into rebuilding that Scer:

The gears, and the rest of the parts don't last forever. If 2 shims doesn't do it, than a new OEM kit is required.

    I'll give it another try.
Supercharger was rebuilt by Jerry less than 3 hours ago, so parts are new.
He rebuilt it with 15# slip had a shim in there.
I decided to check the slip as last few rides I could only see 12-13#.
So, checked it and sure enough it had lost 3# so now 12.
An extra shim got it to roughly 15 and the third to 17.5#

I checked my collar to see if it wasn't sanded down and it's not, 6mm as the newer kits.

How come nobody makes those collars anymore? I inquired a month or so ago and seems they're not available anymore. Be good product to add to the Lucky13 Performance.

Well, that didn't go to well.

So my first set of numbers started real low, 6.33# so I decided to use washers I had purchased from Jerry a while back.
Results where a little better, yet no where near where they should be.
    )))()]nut = 8#
    )(())]nut = 8.4 + 1 shim =10.08 2 shims =11.8
    ))())]nut = 7.66
    )((()]nut = 7.66
    )()))]nut = 7.75

Now, the only thing I can think of is finding an older SC and get the collar off of it, I got a couple laying around so hopefully one will have a thicker collar.
If not, I'll run 3 shims or get a collar made up to say 7mm and sand down from there.
