Sea doo 215 supercharger vs 255 supercharger
Does anyone know what the boost is on a 215 hp supercharger and what it is on a 255 supercharger

Thanks for the info, I put a riva blow off on it. Need to hook a gauge to it to confirm boost pressure, not sure if I am liking this blowoff, seems like it's letting a small continuous amount threw.

BOVs are known for leaking....at your boost levels, and the Scers we run..BOVS are a waist of time and money

Alright, was just thinking with all the back pressure when letting off the throttle this would prolong supercharger wear.

Nope..actually the opposite.believe it or not..BOVs are for Turbas not our SCers

you are correct it may help with sc clutch wear
that is still a debated subject here
but one fact is true, the hull of a pwc is a harsh place for a BOV
and you are likely to loose some boost from a BOV sooner or later
so for that reason alone I would not recommend one for a SC seadoo
IMO you should remove it and cap the hole.....maybe put it on feebay

Well thanks, I'll get it removed...get a gauge on it and make sure I'm still puttin out good boost. Any cheap tricks to improve performance? Seems everything I look at starts around 250 and up.
