Domestic CDI Programming
I have just acquired the ability to program the Polaris PVL Domestic CDI boxes. I will be offering this service to anyone who is interested. I have not decided on pricing as of yet. I can program anything you want.
Applications that are ideal for this are
Those with the 1050 4010447 boxes that want to run them in 1200s and have a little more advance on the bottom end.
People looking for a little more punch on the bottom end of modified motors running premium fuel or race gas.
Triple pipe skis.
We have all kinds of options here rather than being stuck with the few generic curves that are available from SBT.
PM me for details. I will have more info in the next week.

what about reprograming a twin to match the timing curve of a 1200?there was talk about reprograming the rpm limit phase to a curve for say a triple piped boat that could only get 87 octane, you flip a switch and it goes into the limit mode with a different curve and a higher rp limit say 6500 to allow you to get back to the trailer.i guess carrying some octane booster wouldn't hurt.or maybe a twin setup with different curves for different compression and octane

I dont have the unit in my hands yet, but my understanding is that you can make any curve you want to. I will need to do some learning as far as what will work and what will not on certain motor combinations.
I have often wondered about the possibility of making a second curve what would take the place of the normal "limp" mode function. A second type curve that could be activated with a toggle switch. The possibilities are all very interesting.

So you can give a 700 CDI the same or better curve as an Octane and run it in the Octane...?

Mr Matrix,
Can you increase the RPM limit on my 1999 SLX?
