    Gprxp motor and drive shaft alignment help?

    What's up guys having an issue. Put my pump in all together checked to see if it was spinning freely. It was so I remove it put my motor I'm slide midshaft in the back of the motor hand tighten the midshaft bolts to the mid wall. Slide the pump in and now is cocked to one side a little. Shifted the motor around didn't make a difference. I don't understand how if all the dowel pins are lined up its off. Any input would be awesome. I don't have no alignment tools.

    gprxp looking to run mid shaft bracket free floating... good to do or not...?

    Some people have done that. I can't speak for them but mine is in normal spot working good

    thx... the leaking sucks... salt water... nvr had any issues so im thinking the motor is torquing...pulling on that bolt...
