MSX 150 / MSX 110 DIY ECU Reflash?

If i can have a map file from this snow sleeds , it will be very good for me . Do you know what ecu is used in snow sleds?

From Desperado's thread: "The snowmobile ECU is a Bosch Motronic M7.4.4 and the MSX is a Bosch Motronic ME7.4.4. They can not be interchanged as the "M" is calibrated for mechanical throttle bodies and the "ME" for a "drive by wire" throttle body."

It would be interesting to see the map on it as well. Compare the two and see if both run so rich. It would also be good to see what happens over 7800rpm on the map of the snow sled.

Why can't a sled throttle body and ecu be worked into our platform?

For the same reason you can't use a Volvo Bosch Ecu in a Chevy that uses that same Ecu. They are different applications of the same Ecu.

you would need a sled harness and sensor set at the least.

Here is my wish list

Remove over boost protection! Just get rid of that shit!
Set max boost at 20psi
Set max rpm at 8600
Leave map alone except for up top needs to be 11.6:1 not 10.6:1.

if you are using a map editing program just re-set one of the upper rpm values from 10.6 to 11.6 and interpolate the rest of those squares across. It should not need any smoothing into the lower rpm bands as its wot.
