    Impeller pro's please chime in!!!

So i want to be clear on this if you guys can give your opinion. ....for the LEADING EDGE of any seadoo, yamaha, kawi, etc......is one best to "knife edge sharpen" the leading edge so you can cut tomatoes with it OR is it best to have a somewhat dull yet edge still able to run your finger on it and not cut the skin.....PLEASE RESPOND

Not as pro but....a razor's edge is weaker than a blunt edge.
