2015 GTI 130 - Break In Period
Anyone know what the break in period is for the 2015 Sea Doo GTI 130? The owners manual says its about 10 hours before you can go sustained full throttle. However, the dealer said there is no break in period its all handled by the on board computer.
Can anyone shed some light.
I know on my previous 2014 Yamaha VX1100 there was a significant break in period. Had to go trolling speed for an hour and then under certain speeds for another period of time, etc.

The break-in period is 10 hours as stated in the manual but as the dealer also mentioned, most of it is handled by the ski's computer. You have nothing to worry about. Ride the ski and vary the RPMs for the first 10 hours, including some WOT runs.
