Question about Carb Rebuild Part GP1200 65U
So I have a question about the carb rebuild. I bought the Genuine Mikuni Rebuild kit for my gp1200x carbs and I was basically following the manual that it came with (basically exploded diagram of all the parts on the carb).
On the pump side, I noticed that on the manual that came with the rebuild kit, they "sandwiched" the clear plastic diaphragm with 2 gaskets. On the actual waverunner manual on the other hand, they only used one gasket and DID NOT sandwich that clear plastic diaphragm.
Which one should I follow?

I am currently rebuilding my SUV carbs. The two sandwiched gaskets were for the older versions of the Mikuni carb SBN44 and the SBN38. There should be a round o-ring that fits between the clear plastic diaphragm and the pump housing. When I disassembled my carbs that was the way they were put together.

I see. The manual that came with the kit kinda confused me. Thank you Thomas!
