    GTX power issue

It's a 2007 GTX 155. It was working fine last summer, but just before storing it for winter, it shut off for no reason in the middle of the pond. I finally got it home again, and tried starting it, and it fired back up. Now that I have it out of storage, it's dead again.
It's as if I didn't have the DESS plugged on at all. Checked the battery and it's fine, 12v. Checked all fuses, and they are all ok. Also checked all connection but still nothing.
Would it be possible that the DESS post has somehow failed.
Any other thoughts or ideas on my issue would be greatly welcomed.

With no indication of power at all, no beeps. I'm wondering if the DESS post is faulty.

I checked for battery power and it's at 11.9v, with same voltage at the start relay. All fuses are also good. It's as if I didn't plug on the DESS at all.

have u tried shorting out starter solenoid to see whether engine turns over? 11.9v may be a bit low. the small red wire from one of the big cables on starter solenoid/relay feeds power to fuse block which also provides power to ecu and dess post. i have seen about a dozen skis where the small red wire was corroded inside plastic housing or at the fuse block. if you can use a multimeter, check resistance of cables point to point

I don't have a learner key. I will check the wires around the fuse block.
I would check the post, but I'm not sure what numbers I should be looking for, and what wires on the connector to test.
