30amp fuse blowing
Ski is a 2013 fzs. Rode for about half and hour with no issues then all of the sudden ski was dead in the water with no electrical power. Found the green 30 amp fuse blew. Put the spare in, ran about 30 seconds and blew again. Battery voltage was 14v at most. The only recent thing I did was the R&D engine and intercooler cooling line upgrade. I did tap into the rectifier for a water line as instructed. Only thing i can think of is its getting wet inside? Any ideas?

Check the wires going to the bilge pump and the pump itself. look around and make sure you didn't pinch a wire some where when you put stuff back together

the 30 amp fuse is the main fuse. the bilge pump and fuel pump is the 20 amp fuse on the bottom.
the 30 amp fuse also goes to the rectifier might have a shorted rectifier.

I was working in the bilge area so I will check that but I think the rectifier is suspect. Rxtmike came to the rescue with a box of fuses. Weird thing is after I put in the 3rd fuse I was able ride about a mile back to the dock without it blowing again. I'm going to look into it more tomorrow.

Check the voltage with engine running, should be 13.8 to 14.3V to verify the rectifier. If you get/spred water near start engine under exhaust that is the reason.

Voltage with the engine running varies between 13.8 and 14v. The hull is dry inside. Thats why I'm thinking the rectifier is leaking internally.
