96 Polaris SLT 780 Reed question
Hello, I'm new to GreenHulk. I recently purchased 2 SLT 780 skis. I plan on rebuilding carbs, top end, etc. do the reeds generally need to be replaced if the reeds look good with no cracks? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

As long as there are no cracks or chunks taken out of the reeds they should be good. Also you have to make sure they aren't sitting too high off of the cages, I don't know the spec off the top of my head but it can be measured by using a feeler gauge. Just make sure they are seating properly

The intermediate housing will probably take more like 10 pumps. Do it nice...
