Got the mods on the SVHO

Got all the mods on and finally got to take a spin on the ski. Hit 79 according to a phone gps app. Bought me a garmin etrex now though for a more accurate reading. It was a little bit rough on the water today, i think it will squeak another 1 or 2 mph. I didn't think it was to bad for just putting the mods on and hitting the water for testing. Going to send my factory plate off for the jim cut. And mess with the luck 13 cone. Any ideas on what spacers to go with on it?

Impressive. How many hours on the ski and roughly how total invested into the mods?

Phones are just as accurate now a days. Jerry has proved this, also many other tests on this but good speed!

Nice speed, but get rid of the R&D Rideplate and get your stock one modified by Jim, you will gain speed and lose the bounce you probably have at top speeds.

Also get the new Solas Impeller, there are huge gains to be had all around.

Yes this is with the stock impeller. Will soon be sending my ride plate off for the cut. What pitch would I need on the solas?

Go with the Solas Concord YV-CD-13/20. It will hook up much better at launch. Good results with this prop & a set up like yours.
