Vtech Lambdas For Cam and 68-140

Im adding a 68-140 and a Eastside cam to my set up and wondering where you guys are setting your Lambda thought the map? Im running 60psi with vt11s rpm will be with luck in this heat around 9000.

fuel is what sets your timing targets
the best way to go about finding the max safe timing
is to start at a very safe number and slowly work up until you see evidence of knock
then back it back down some for safety
lambda target numbers are based on the amount of boost and fuel type
a good tune is a compromise, safety vs max power or fuel economy
a safety factor is needed because every tank of fuel could be different
and other things like temps change day to day

Ok thanks for info I already know. Guess I'll word it diffrent on 93 Oct and expecting 15 to 16 psi what does your lambda map look like rpm vs kpa?

try under 0.83, but depends on timing and temperature of combustion.

I think with the right mods: 0.8- 0.83

Timing is 31 wot to start with
Iat is usually under 90 degrees

Yes but it also depends on your coolant/oil temp.........

THIS IS WHY TUNING ON THE HIGHER LEVEL HAS TO BE DONE INDIVIDUALLY.

You need to record where ignition retard starts, and then remove some ignition manually or add fuel.
