GTR with V-Tech Tune

Hi guys. I finally hit the water to test out the re flash. Very impressed with the performance. I did notice one thing but. Tried the 48 8400 32 tune first and GPS speed of 114kmh running 95 octane 110kg rider and half a tank of fuel. Then tried the 48 8400 and 48 8500. The 32 timing tune gave best results but regardless of what tune only seeing 8050-8100rpm. Would like to get to about 8300rpm. Why would I only be seeing those rpm. Ski has 38hrs on it. 4" intake, Worx intake grate. Air temp 15deg celcious water temp 16 deg Speed numbers are good but thought rpm would have increased a few hundred

Davrac, your Worx intake grate could be the cause of lower rpms. I have one on my stock GTR. What you gain in hook up, you lose in rpms and top speed. Just a thought.

Yes I know but hookup is worth it. Happy with speed just thought I would be pushing limiter of 8400 more. Am over the moon that I am not near it on stock springs just thought I may have had to pitch down but results show I can pitch up just don't know how much.
