    exhaust teperature sensor on turbo ski???

    Where do you guys install exhaust temp sensor on turbo ski seadoo ? am getting check engine on my turbo GTR because i got my temp sensor laying on bottom of ski bouncing around......wheres best place to put this baby on???

    Mine is just zip tied to the harness out of the way, 05 ECU doesn't care. No idea what the newer ECU's want to see from it.

    pretty much where the water box is (before it) if you are running a waterbox

    If you are logging, keep in mind, you can substitute that sensor for things like monitoring any temp between -22F to 248F. As an example, you could fit that sensor as an oil temp sensor - something I really want to do.

    Another option is to bypass it by placing a 630 ohm resistor across the two wires. This will give the ECU a constant 140F temp reading and nothing gets tripped, looks clean and if done right, waterproof. (technically, 200 to 800 ohm is okay as its within the safe window)

    As long as you have a wet exhaust outlet you can tap the pipe and put it where ever . It's a good idea to keep it in there in case there is a cooling issue it will put your ski in limp mode .

ID:	362099problem fixed I made a hole in my exhaust tip. Get water and temperature I made a hole on a stick in there no more problem thank you for all your help
