Do you know the model? Is it turbo? (what color is the bottom of the hull? white or black)
This page might help you determine the model by just looking at the pictures (as long as you DO have a 2007)

Does it come with a trailer? What brand and what kind of shape is it in?

Verify the year as well. You found a brand new four year old ski at a dealer?

Assuming you do have a 2007 and its the cheapest base model available and the trailer is in good condition....
I would say $4500 sounds fair for this time of the year.

    Where are you located?

100 hours for a 1 year old ski (well, only ridden for one season) doesn't sound right. I would double check that and let us know. Very sorry to hear that this post involved the passing of your wife.

It's probably a Turbo, there seems to be many more Turbo than not. Assuming the turbo parts or pump are not rusted out from sitting, and everything works well, and it was stored indoors and protected, I would say about $4500. No one is paying any more than that for any of the 1200cc (2002-2007) Hondas. Buyers are scared of them because everyone on the internet talks smack. Everyone throws out the card that they are no longer produced, but every part is still available, and they are really fun skis, and can be very reliable if cared for properly, just like any other ski.

The most important question is where are you located?

I'd buy an f12x that was only used 1 season in a heartbeat for $4500
