So does any think its not better
Better to put gear oil in their nose cone instead of grease any negative experiences?

Isn't it a sealed bearing? Don't think it matters just whatever you prefer.

I was told it was a sealed bearing and required no grease ..... Yes a shop told me this . I run redline gear oil In mine

The pump is sealed, the bearing is not. Oil or grease both work. I sometimes mix them

If you have an older ski don't forget to verify the condition of the seals, I checked mine during winter maintenance and found it full of water and that meant a full pump rebuilt as the ball bearings had corrosion.
