We use different shoes depending on the water temp. We have Keen water sandals, Sperry top-sider H2O shoes (my personal fav) and sometimes we wear aqua socks and dive booties. The Keens and Sperry have great support and are non-slip. I think you can find any of these on amazon.

Thanks awarrick!..I need to stress arch supports are critical..plantar faciitus(sp?) issues...may also be walking a fair amount in them...

Hello Phumb, I wanted to share with you how I feel about Jet Pilot Ski boots, Slippery Ski Boots, and Speedo water shoes. I have & continue to use Slippery Ski boots. I thought they were good & seem to drain well and were comfortable on my feet. Since I race CC and have a few motos each day during the weekend of racing, I sometime are not able to remove my shoes/boots between motos. I have gotten soaked feet that have cause my toe nails to soften up and just fall off. (Trench foot), I think they called in the war. LOL. However, I still race & have to wear good foot gear for traction & comfort. I just found a great product .... Speedo water shoes. They offer great traction for grip on the mats of my ski, and the drain holes are more pronounced & the upper shoe part is very airy & lite. They look like a fine pair of gym shoes/ cross trainers. They cost about $40 . You maybe able to fine them on line. Just my 2cents, good luck

And you can completely customize the colors to match your ski!

I got these and love them so far. Not much support, though.
